Q: Do you offer order tracking?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your package anytime at FarahFashion.store.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on selected promotions. Shipping costs (if any) are calculated at checkout.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations, and these are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Q: How do I start a return?

Q: Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, exchanges are possible if the item is in stock. If not, we’ll help you find an alternative or process a refund.
Q: Are return shipping costs covered?
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly, but if you need to make a change or cancellation, contact us within 24 hours at FarahFashionDS@gmail.com.
Q: I entered the wrong address, what should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update the address. If it has already shipped, unfortunately we can’t make changes.

We provide detailed size charts on product pages. We recommend checking the chart before purchasing.
